Since amp captures are a digital product, we cannot offer a refund and/or return policy.
We want our customers to be happy! Please be patient with the process, especially for the Quad Cortex as it is a long manual process! We give each order our undivided attention and process each order to completion as they are received.
These captures will not make you play/sound like SV. Unless of course you are already SV. I hope they inspire you and help your creativity!
